Once you've completed your purchase, you'll receive an email receipt containing your download link. That link takes you to your download page, where you can tap the download button to begin downloading your file.
Opening the file directly in your browser
For certain file types, such as PDFs, images, and TXT files, your device may open them automatically in the browser as soon as the download completes. If this happens, you can read or view the file straight away without doing anything else. You can also save it to your device from there by tapping the Share icon and selecting Save to Files.
Opening the file from your Downloads
For other file types, such as EPUB, MOBI, or ZIP files, the file will be saved to your Downloads folder. You can find your Downloads folder inside the Files app. If you don't see the Files app on your home screen, swipe down to open Search and type Files to find it quickly.
From there, you can follow the steps below:
- Tap Downloads and locate your file.
- Tap the file to open it, and your device will automatically launch a compatible app to handle it
- EPUB files typically open in Books, while ZIP files open in the Files app.
If the file opens but appears blank, your device most likely doesn't have a compatible app installed to read that file type. Download a suitable app first, then import the file directly into it. If you're not sure which app you need, you'll need to contact the seller for further assistance.
