How To Add Video Captions

• Visit your Video Library page
• Click on the Edit button next to one of the listed videos and you'll be taken to the edit video page
• From there you can scroll down to the Add New Caption button and click on it
• A modal will appear prompting you to select the language of the caption and the caption file to upload
• Click on the final Add Caption button and you're all done!

Please note it may take up to 10 minutes for your caption file to be processed, but it's usually done faster.

Key Point

We're only able to support WebVTT formatted captions. If you have another format then you can use tools like this one to convert it to WebVTT.
