Switching Account Modes

When you sign up for Payhip, you can use your account either as a Creator or Customer. Sometimes you may need to switch between the two.

Creator Mode

When you're in Creator Mode, your dashboard will display everything you need to manage your store.

You will see an overview of your sales, orders, revenue, and analytics. You will also have access to tools for adding and managing your products, keeping track of your orders, setting up coupons and affiliates, customizing your store design, updating your account and payment settings, and more. In short, Creator Mode gives you complete control over running your business on Payhip.

Customer Mode

When you switch to Customer Mode, you will see all the products you've purchased and transactions associated with this account.

This is also where you can download files, access memberships, or courses you've enrolled in. You can review your past orders, update your personal details, and manage your profile as a customer. For a more detailed overview, you can read our Customer Accounts article.
