Order Notes

Order Notes are comments or details that you can add to a customer's order. 

These notes are only visible to you, meaning your customers won't see them. They're a helpful way to keep track of specific information related to an order, like special requests, follow-ups, or reminders.

How to Add Order Notes

  1. Head over to your Customer Dashboard.
  2. Find the order you want to view and click View Order Details.
  3. Click Add, and a field will appear where you can type in your notes.
  4. Please make sure to save your notes before closing the window.

Can Order Notes be Exported?

Yes, this is possible. When you export a CSV file of your orders, an Order Notes column is included in the file. This column will be filled out with any notes you have added to individual orders, making it easy to review, organize, or share those details outside of the platform for reporting.
