How to View and Export Students, Members or Clients

Viewing and Exporting Customer Information

How do I access my members page?

Your members' page is where you can review and export a list of your customers who have enrolled in a subscription. On this page, you can access information about your members, including the number of enrollments, their last login date, and the total amount spent.

To navigate to this page, click on the  Products tab from your dashboard and select a membership or course product. Once inside the product, click on the Members tab, which will direct you to the following page: https://payhip.com/students.

How do I search through customer records?

If you are looking for a specific customer, you can use the search function to filter through your data. This feature lets you search using the customer's email address, product, and enrollment status.

Please note that the filtered searches cannot be exported at this time.

How do I export my customers' information?

The export button is at the upper left side of the page. You will be asked to select a date range, enrollment status, and product to complete the process. Once you start the export, it will automatically prompt a CSV download.

Inside the report, you will see the following data: 

  • Member ID
  • Email Address
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Product Name
  • Plan Name
  • Enrollment Status
  • Started Date

How can I check the details of a specific customer?

In each row, you can click the View Details button to view more information about a customer. This will direct you to the specific member details page, where the following tabs are displayed, as shown in the screenshot below.

How can I track the progress of a student?

Under the enrollments tab, you will see the completion percentage for each course that the specific student is enrolled in. By clicking on the Activity Feed tab, you can access a more detailed breakdown. This will give you a granular view of the student's activities and engagement with the course content.

Where do I check the results of a student's quiz?

After clicking the View Details button next to the customer's name, you will be directed to a dashboard where you'll find the Quiz tab. Here, you can view detailed information about the student’s quiz results, providing you with insights into his or her performance.

However, to review the results and see all the quizzes submitted, navigate to the Quizzes section and use the drop-down menu to select the course you want to check. This will provide an overview of how each student performed, allowing you to assess their understanding and progress.

Where do I see the responses to surveys?

If you want to view a survey submitted by a student, you'll need to go through View Details and click the Survey tab. 

However, if you need to read all the survey responses, navigate to the Surveys section. You will find all the answers submitted by your students. This tab provides an overview of their feedback and responses, allowing you to gain insights into their experiences and opinions.

Where can I find the assignments submitted?

To find the assignments submitted by your students, navigate to the Assignments tab. Similar to the surveys, you will find all the assignments that have been submitted in one place. This section provides an overview of the students' work, allowing you to review and assess their progress.

Can I check all the comments in one place?

You can check all the comments in one place by navigating to the Comments section and switching between the Course and Membership comments tabs to view all the feedback and interactions from your students and members in one location. This allows you to manage and respond to comments efficiently.
