Calendly Integration
This guide will walk you through the steps of integrating Calendly with Payhip and creating a smooth experience for your clients subscribed to your coaching package.
What is Calendly?
Calendly is a popular scheduling tool that allows you to easily manage appointments and bookings. By integrating Calendly with Payhip, your clients can book an appointment for one-on-one sessions, consultations, or even group meetings.
Integrating Calendly
When setting up your coaching product in Payhip, you can add the Calendly scheduling link when creating milestones for the client. This step will seamlessly embed the Calendly tool on your page, so clients can just pick a time that works for their coaching sessions.
The steps are as follows:
- First, visit the page where you manage your coaching product.
- Click the "Clients" tab, then the "Enrollments" tab, and you’ll see a list of all enrolled clients.
- Choose a client and click the "Go to coaching" button – you’ll see the milestones.
- Now, click "Create Milestone" and fill in the necessary details.
- To integrate Calendly, click the "Add a Calendar" button and paste your calendar URL.
- Finally, wrap it up by clicking "Create Milestone" at the bottom of the page.
Although our integration directly supports Calendly, you can use any application you prefer and add it by pasting its link.
