Logging in to your account

When purchasing an online course, you will be able to register for a customer account during the checkout process. If you have previously created a customer account, you can use the same credentials to log in and sign up for the course.

Resetting your password

If you've lost your password or simply wish to change it, click the "Forgot your password?" link and enter your email address. Please keep in mind that only letters and numbers can be used to reset passwords. No special characters are allowed.

Submitting an assignment

Before making an online submission, you may want to check first if the instructor/teacher uploaded a template or instructions to help you complete the assignment because you will not be able to make any changes once the assignment is submitted. Please note that you can only submit one file with a maximum size of 100 MB.

You will see a confirmation message appear after successfully submitting your assignment, but as long as the status is still under review, this lesson will be marked as incomplete.

Answering a quiz

To answer the quiz, select the best answer from the choices. Questions will either have one correct question or multiple correct answers. Upon completion, you will immediately know your score and how many questions you were able to answer correctly.

Leaving a comment

If the instructor has enabled discussions for a particular lesson, you will see a comments button in the upper right corner of the page. Clicking it would allow you to type in and post your comment.

Downloading the course certificate

After completing the course, instructors can reward you with a certificate. You can easily download it by clicking the "Get your certificate" button certifying that you have completed all the requirements for the course. Another way to access your certificates is from the settings page of your student account.

Changing your payment details

If you want to update your payment details or simply want to know which card is being used for active subscriptions, make your way to the Card tab by accessing your account settings. To get there, just click the button located at the top right corner of your student dashboard.

Managing your notifications

In your account settings, specifically under the Notifications tab, you can manage what emails you would love to receive from the instructor. You have the option to either enable or disable both notifications: The first option is to receive an email when someone replies to your comments and the other option is to receive updates and offers via email. 

Canceling your plan

If you no longer want to continue with the course, you have the option to cancel your plan. You will find the cancel button under the Subscriptions tab of your account settings page.

Deleting your account

If you no longer need your student account and have no plans on resubscribing, you can easily delete your account by clicking the "Delete your account" button under the Accounts tab of your settings page.
