Edit Your "About Me" Section

The “About Me” section appears on your All Products page under your list of products. We populate this with a placeholder image and some text (shown below). Before you launch your store, you’ll want to update this so that customers can get to know you. In this article, we’ll show you how.

How to update the “About Me” section

First of all, you’ll want to open the Store Builder. To do that, head to the Store page and click Launch Your Store Builder.

You can also click Account at the top right of the screen followed by Store Builder.

Once in the Store Builder, you should automatically be taken to your All Products page. If you’ve changed your homepage, then get there by clicking the dropdown list at the top of the screen and selecting All Products.

Now that you’re on the All Products page, select About Me from the panel on the left-hand side.

You can then update the image, heading, and text for the “About Me” section, as well as some more advanced things that you’ll find if you scroll down.

When you’re done, be sure to hit Save Changes (and also Publish if you want the changes to be reflected on your live store).

And that’s it! It’s time to get creative with your “About Me” section :)

Delete the “About Me” section

To delete the “About Me” section instead, hover over the section and click the three dots that appear. Then select Delete section.
