In 2024, we launched the Payhip Mobile App, giving sellers a simple way to monitor their stores and keep track of sales anytime.
The app makes it easy to monitor your sales in real time, view analytics and sales metrics, and receive instant notifications for new orders.

Frequently Asked Questions
I cannot log in to the app. What should I do?
Please try these troubleshooting steps: First, confirm if you're logging in with the same email and password you use for the Payhip web dashboard.
Next, switch to a different network (such as Wi-Fi or mobile data) and try again. If you're using a VPN, disable it before logging in. Lastly, reinstall the app and attempt to sign in once more.
If you still can't access your account even after those steps, please reach out to us at contact@payhip.com, and include details such as the device you're using, your OS version, and your IP address so we can investigate further.
Can I publish/upload products from the mobile app?
At the moment, all product uploads (digital downloads, courses, coaching, memberships, and physical products) as well as store design changes must be managed via the web dashboard.
Will more features be added?
Not at the moment, but we're not closing the door on it. If you would like to see the app expanded with more web features, let us know by submitting your suggestions through the dashboard.
