Cancel Subscription

In this article, we'll guide you through the process of canceling your subscription.

To begin, you'll need to access your customer account. The log-in link is included in the email receipt we sent you. Alternatively, you can locate it by visiting the store where you made the purchase and clicking the person icon.

For Subscription Products

Once logged in, go to Your Account, then click Delete Account. This will cancel your subscription and permanently delete your customer account from our system.

For Courses, Coaching, Membership and Bundles

On your customer dashboard, click on the person icon at the top right of the screen, select Settings, and then click on the Subscriptions tab. There, you will find a list of subscriptions you're currently enrolled in and the cancel button to stop any recurring payments.

Please note that canceling your subscription will not delete your account in this case. However, if you no longer need your customer account and have no plans to resubscribe, you can delete it by clicking the Delete your Account button under the Accounts tab of your settings page.
