Payhip Support is available from Monday through Sunday.

Weekdays 9 am to 9 pm 4 am to 4 pm 1 am to 1 pm
Weekends 12 pm to 9 pm 7 am to 4 pm 4 am to 1 pm

Please note that we aim to respond within 12 hours. For urgent questions, we respond a lot quicker.

Payhip recognizes all main holidays so please expect slow response times during those days.
