What products are not allowed on Payhip?

Here at Payhip, we support creators and service providers by letting them focus on their work while we take care of all their technical needs. But in order to keep our community safe, we have policies in place that define what content we do not allow to be sold on our platform. 

Restricted Products

  • PLR/MRR or content with resale rights
    PLR (Private Label Rights) and MRR (Master Resale Rights) content are not allowed on Payhip.
  • Get-rich-quick schemes
    Content that entices buyers with high returns and little work is not allowed on Payhip.
  • Pornography
    This includes photos and videos that show sexual/obscene content. 
  • Content that promotes racism, hate, violence, or religious persecution
    Content that perpetuates hate, violence, discrimination, or religious persecution.
  • Copyright infringement
    Copyright infringement is the use or reproduction of copyrighted material.
  • File hosting, file-sharing, or cyberlockers
    Providing file-sharing services including cyberlockers and similar remote digital file-sharing services where uploaded content is accessible to the public or the service pay the uploaders for content.
  • Gambling
    Activities involving internet gambling, sweepstakes, lottery, and sports forecasting with a monetary or material prize. 
  • Debt or loan-related content
    Content that involves credit repair, debt settlement services, credit transactions, or insurance activities. 
  • Virtual Credit Cards
    A virtual credit card or VCC is a free service offered by banks to customers who wish to make an online payment using their credit cards. Selling of such online credit cards is prohibited on Payhip.
  • Card Sharing Services 
    Any software such as Newcs, Mgcamd, Newcamd, CCcam that allow satellite TV card sharing. 
  • Products that violate laws to which you are subject
    Any product or content that breaks your own local laws is not allowed to be sold on Payhip
Please note the above list is not exhaustive. In addition to our terms, you will need to comply with the terms of our payment providers which can be found here: PayPal terms and Stripe terms.
If you are found to be selling content that goes against our terms, you risk getting your Payhip account permanently deleted without prior notice. 

How can I report prohibited content?

If you see something on our platform that violates our terms, you can report it to us. Send us an email at contact@payhip.com so our team can review it and take action.
