Buying from Payhip

Buying from Payhip
To start with, you'll want to go to the seller's store (unless they have embedded a button onto their site, in which case you'll be taken directly to the product page or checkout).
Once on the store, click on the item you're interested in purchasing to go to the product page, which will give you more information about what you'll be buying.
You can either click Add to Cart and keep browsing or, if you're interested in buying just that product, click Buy Now.
After this has been done, you will be taken to a checkout page that will ask for your email address. Once this has been added, you will have the option to either pay via PayPal or card.
If you want to pay via PayPal, you will need to create an account if you haven’t done so already and log in using your details. You'll then have the option to either use your saved card or to Add a debit or credit card.
The only thing left to do is click Pay Now and you will have purchased the product!
If you want to pay via card, you would need to click Buy with Card, which will open up the checkout form to input your details. This includes your card number (long number), expiry date, and your CVV/CVC (the last 3 digits on the back of your card).
If the product you're buying is a membership or subscription, you'll also need to enter the password that you'll use to access your subscription page.
Once this has been done, click Buy Now and, if the payment is successful, you will receive your product shortly.
How long will it take to receive my product?
If you purchased a digital product, you will immediately be taken to a page where you can download your file.
For physical products, the seller will receive a notification that a sale has been made so that they know to ship the product to you.
For subscriptions and memberships, after paying you'll be prompted to log into your newly created account to access your files.
Will I receive a receipt?
Yes! We send an email receipt to every buyer after they have purchased their product, which gives the email address to contact the seller at directly if they need to for any reason. From this email, you can also click to Generate an invoice if you'd like to.
I didn't receive my download link!
Haven't received your receipt with the download link yet? Check your spam/junk folder to see whether it's gone there.
If it hasn't then you may have made a typo in your email address when purchasing. Contact the seller with the correct email address and they'll be able to update it for you. You can reach the seller by clicking the Contact link on their store.
