Contacting the seller via email

Once you successfully purchase a product from a Payhip seller, an Email Receipt is automatically sent to the email address you used at checkout. At the bottom of that email, you will see a message like: "Have any questions? Please contact [email address]." 

This is the seller's email address, which you can use to contact them directly via email.

Contacting the seller through the contact page

Most sellers have a contact page on their Payhip store, usually accessible from the navigation menu or the footer. It's the quickest way to get a message directly to them. Once you submit your inquiry, Payhip will automatically send the seller an email notification so they know to follow up with you.

Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you're still unable to find it, feel free to reach out to our support team at contact@payhip.com, and we'll be happy to resend your email receipt.

Is there another way to contact the seller?
