You’re able to add a custom message and change the subject of the email receipt sent to your customers after purchase.
Customize your email receipts
To customize your email receipts, navigate to “Accounts” > “Settings” > “Advanced Settings” and scroll down to “Email Receipt”.
Fill in the “Subject” and “Message” fields with your chosen text and then click the “Save Settings” button at the bottom of the page to save the changes.
Now once your customers have completed a purchase, they should see an email similar to the following:
The email receipt is the same for all products so it’s best not to make it too specific.
